NMN (1000mg) — this is the main thing. it's what your body uses to make NAD+ which apparently drops by half by the time you're 50. most brands do like 250mg which from what I've read isn't really enough.
Resveratrol (98% trans-resveratrol) — this is what activates the sirtuins or whatever. the point is it makes the NMN work better. most brands cheap out on this and use like 50% purity. this one's 98%.
TMG — okay so this one I didn't know about until I did more research. apparently NMN uses up something called methyl donors and that's why some people get headaches. TMG puts it back. wish I'd known this when I was trying to figure out why other NMN gave me headaches.
CoQ10 — this is for your mitochondria. heart and muscles need it especially as you get older. my mom takes this separately so I was happy it's already in here.
Quercetin — this supposedly helps clear out old damaged cells. I don't fully understand it but the idea is you're not just slowing things down you're cleaning up the mess.
Apigenin — this stops the enzyme that breaks down NAD+. so you're making more AND keeping more. most NMN formulas don't even include this which seems like a huge miss.
Glutathione — antioxidant stuff. detox. I think of it as the background cleanup.
Astaxanthin — another antioxidant but apparently way stronger than vitamin C. my skin has looked better but who knows if it's this specifically.
Vitamin C (fat-soluble) — not the regular kind that just flushes out. this one actually stays in your system longer.
the whole point is it's all in one bottle. I don't have to research ratios or buy things separately or wonder if I'm missing something. someone already figured it out.
