At Fuente, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident in every purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. That’s why we’ve created a clear and fair return process designed to be simple for you and sustainable for us.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items that are soiled, altered, damaged, or missing original components may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tryfuente.com and include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with further instructions. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with clear directions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, our team will conduct a quality inspection within 48 hours. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund, which can take 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours. When reaching out, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or error. We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include used or worn products, items without original tags or packaging, products marked as final sale, custom or personalized items, and personal care or intimate products.

International Returns

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. We recommend contacting support@tryfuente.com before returning an international order so we can provide country-specific guidance.
